Born in Uganda. Built for Adventure. Guided by Passion.
Creating travel experiences that connect people through community, care & Planning
Markon Safaris was founded by Ugandans who grew up on the banks of Lake Victoria, in the shadows of the Rwenzori Mountains, and at the edge of forests that feel older than time. We have spent our careers learning every track, every waterhole, and every sunrise over the Nile — and our mission has always been the same: to share Uganda's extraordinary natural and cultural heritage with the world in a way that respects it.
From our base in Kampala, we design and operate bespoke safari experiences across Uganda's national parks, primate forests, and community landscapes. Whether you are trekking with gorillas for the first time or returning for your fifth visit, our team brings the same meticulous care, deep local knowledge, and genuine warmth to every single journey.
